One billion user accounts affected by Yahoo hack

Yahoo says around one billion of its accounts were affected by a cybersecurity breach in 2013, in which users' email addresses, security questions and other personal details were stolen. Also today, we're following reaction to the Federal Reserve's decision to raise interest rates.
