Black car hit pedestrians when attempting to flee

A driver in a black car managed to escape on Sunday in Chengdu city while traffic polices were handling his illegal parking. The car can be seen suddenly reversing on the pavement and driving in the wrong direction in a lane reserved for non-motorized vehicles, causing 4 pedestrians to be injured. As of Monday noon, the police has seized the accident vehicle, but are still hunting down the suspect.
