Final rites of Most Ven Udugama Thero to be observed

The mortal remains of the Chief Prelate of the Asgiri Chapter of the Siam Sect Most Ven. Udugama Sri Buddharakkhitha Thero were brought to the Asgiri Viharaya in Kandy on Thursday, April 9. The mortal remains of the late Chief Prelate which were brought to the country from Singapore the previous night, were placed at a private funeral parlour in Colombo before being taken to Kandy on Thursday morning.
