I am severely being criticized on social media

This is not an attack against me, but against our culture: President President Maithripala Sirisena stated that he would not allow the country’s culture to get destroyed by those who have been submerged by foreign culture. Addressing a gathering at the award ceremony of National Crafts Council at “Ape Gama” the President said that he would not allow people just to walk naked around. The President further stated that he is severely being criticized on social media for talking about local values and culture. “I am severely being criticized for my statement on asking to appreciate local values” However the President insisted that no amount of criticism will stop him voicing out for the protection of local values.
