Raggers will be promptly expelled

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has decided to expel students who henceforth engage in any form of ragging......in all Universities throughout the country. A top UGC source said that a unit has been formed to receive complaints related to ragging, on a 24-hour basis, and that those found guilty of ragging in any form would be immediately expelled from the entire university system.
