Surveillance video from the city of Liyang in east China’s Jiangsu Province recently recorded the shocking moment an suv jumped a red light at a crossroads and crashed into a truck. The collision caused substantial damage to both vehicles, but the suv driver escaped with minor injuries to his hand and the truck driver was unharmed.
