President meets Sri Lankan Olympic team

The official Sri Lankan team for the Olympic Games at Rio, Brazil met the country’s president Maithripala Sirisena at his official Residence yesterday. The president took the occasion to convey his well wishes while engaging in a discussion with the participants. A total of nine athletes are to represent Sri Lanka in eight events.
