Voting fiasco in Parliament

Confusion over another document mistakenly construed to have been a part of the controversial Supplementary Estimates issue arose once again in Parliament yesterday. A document containing details of estimated future government expenditure and allocations for such purposes had been placed on the tables of MPs. Members had mistaken this to be a part of the Supplementary Estimates Bill.
