Podi Sagara committed suicide by shoots himself

Sumith Dayaratne alias Podi Sagara, a suspect wanted for several crimes including four murders in Katunyake and Seeduwa areas had shot himself while being confronted by the Police at Gokarella last night. The suspect who is a resident of Seeduwa had fled the area and had been hiding in the house of his ex-wife when the Police had confronted him. (Jude Samantha)
