Yoshitha’s bail application to be heard on March 8

An interim relief application which sought to cancel the remand order for Yoshitha Rajapaksa and three others by Kaduwela Magistrate was rejected by the Colombo High Court today. Colombo High Court Judge A. A. R Heiyanthuduwa however fixed the inquiry for the bail revision application for the quartet for March 8, when the case would be taken up again.
