Sarath Fonseka takes oaths as a MP

Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka took oath as a Member of the Parliament before the speaker Karu Jayasuriya a short while ago. The United National Party's working committee on Monday decided to appoint Field Marshal Fonseka as a UNP national list MP, a seat which was left vacant by the recent demise of Minister M. K. A. D. S Gunawardene.
