Car flips over after running into steel wire

Surveillance cameras at an intersection in Xingtai city in Hebei Province caught a freak accident recently. Workers who were fixing a telegraph pole by the roadside had left a steel cable on the street. Unfortunately, the cable got caught in the rotating brushes attached underneath a sanitation truck. As the vehicle moved forward, the steel wire rose high, resulting in a car running into it and flipping over.
