Another saltwater crocodile seen off Galle Face

Another saltwater crocodile has been spotted in the sea off the Galle Face beach in the vicinity of the Port City Project construction site. On an earlier occasion a 10 feet long saltwater crocodile which was sighted in the sea off the Dehiwala beach was found dead despite several attempts made by the Wildlife Department to rescue the animal.
