Speeding Balangoda backhoe leaves trail of death and destruction (Video)A woman was killed after being run-over over by a backhoe in Weligepola, Balangoda. According to police, the woman was run over by the backhoe machine while bringing her daughter back from school. The backhoe, unable to control it’s speed, had collided with another vehicle and a shop. Police added that the deceased woman’s daughter has been admitted to the Balangoda Base hospital after sustaining injuries
