Deputy FM clarifies on gay rights vote at UN

Responding to MP Keheliya Rambukwella at the Derana Wada Pitiya programme, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ajith P. Perera clarifies on the Sri Lankan government’s vote on the U.N. Secretary-General’s decision to extend marriage benefits to LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) couples or same-sex couples in the United Nations.
