Cop caught on camera attacking woman with brick

A Delhi policeman has been suspended after he was caught on camera attacking a woman with a brick. The woman was riding a two-wheeler and was on her way home after picking up her child from school. She allegedly got into an argument with a traffic constable after refusing to pay a fine for breaking a traffic rule.
