Parliamentarian Duminda Silva today said that he was thankful to the ‘Good governance regime’ for providing him the opportunity to absolve himself from allegations of a murder. Silva who appeared before the Colombo High Court, in the case of the murder of Barahtha Lakshman Premachandra and three others where he stands accused spoke to the media outside the courtroom.
