Police raid Kandalama illegal alcohol den

A location in the Kandalama area in Dambulla where illegal alcohol was sold has been raided. Our correspondent stated that the two individuals who were at the location at the time of the raid and a woman who is said to have run the illegal business have been taken into custody. Police have seized stocks of alcohol ready to be sold. These illegal stocks of alcohol had been hidden in a pit in a paddy field in the Kandalama area.
