Gotabaya on good governance

Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa says that good governance can be achieved in a country only if institutions like the police function appropriately. The Defence Secretary made this comment at an event held in Battaramulla earlier Thursday. The programme was organised to expedite the process of providing e-national identity cards.
