Executive presidency wrong only after leaving govt

President Mahinda Rajapaksa says that certain individuals see the wrong and corruption of the executive presidential system only after they leave the government. He stated if a Presidential Election was not coming up ahead those individuals would not see the shortcomings of the Executive Presidency.
