Malaka further remanded

Additional Fort Magistrate A.M. Sahabdeen re-remanded Minister Mervyn Silva’s son Malaka and six others till November 28 with a direction that they be produced at an identification parade on that date. When the case was taken up for inquiry, the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) informed the Magistrate that it had noticed the two foreigners to be present for the identification parade. But even though the case was put off for the afternoon at their request, the foreigners were not present in Court.
