CEB officials and Batticaloa monk

A group of employees attached to the Ceylon Electricity Board who visited a temple in Batticaloa to disconnect the electricity supply to the temple, had to face a rather unexpected situation. The incumbent monk of the temple berated the employees of the CEB and the police had to be called in to control the situation.
