Mahinda Lasantha secret conversation - 2

Exclusive - We has received a second audio tape of a secret telephone conversation between the slain ‘Sunday Leader’ editor Lasantha Wickrematunge and ex-president Mahinda Rajapaksa. Earlier, we released a secret telephone conversation between the duo which was accepted by the former President as ‘genuine’. Mr. Rajapaksa added that Wickrematunge had the habit of recording every conversation he had had. The second tape is about a conversation on a list of threatened journalists which was circulated among several embassies. The list had also carried the names of Mr. Lasantha and his brother - Lal. During the conversation, Mr. Wickrematunga suggests to obtain the original letters sent to the embassies and cross-reference any common fingerprints on them to ascertain where the list was leaked from. The ‘Doctor’ referred to at the very beginning of the tape is a Doctor related to Mr. Rajapaksa,
