England through to World T20 final

ICC #WT20 England v New Zealand - Semi-Final Highlights A sensational win for England, who will now meet either hosts India, or the only team to beat them so far in West Indies, in the final. A solid top order batting performance powered New Zealand to 153 for the loss of 8 in the first semi final of the ICC World Twenty20. England won the toss and invited the Kiwis to take the first lease of the Delhi wicket. Colin Munro who came in at number three following the dismissals of Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson smashed 46 runs.

Former Sri Lanka batsman Kumar Sangakkara has called England a potent force in the World T20 after their seven-wicket win over New Zealand in the semi-final. He called England's death bowling potent, a point that was echoed by former India captain Sunil Gavaskar. Gavaskar stated that England's bowlers bowled cleverly at the death and they used the yorker well.
