‘Avant Garde’ involved in Colombo Central shooting

The shooting on the UNP rally held at Colombo Central during the general election was carried out with weapons supplied by Avant Garde and the attack was directed by Gotabhaya Rajapaksa says the Minister of Health and Indigenous Medicine Rajitha Senaratna. Speaking at a ceremony held at Matugama Minister Senaratna said the UNP ministers have forgotten their party member who was the victim of the shooting but were defending Avant Garde. He said such ministers are not suitable for governing and should involve in their legal profession. Minister Rajitha Senaratna said Avant Garde and good governance cannot move together. He said some in the government have discarded good governance and joined Avant Garde.
